Privacy notice pursuant to Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) for users of the La Mole Arch Project website.

Data collected and purposes

• Contact form: name, email, phone (optional) and message. Used only to answer your enquiry and, if you wish, to arrange a site visit. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• WhatsApp and phone: if you contact us through these channels, processing follows the terms of the respective providers (Meta for WhatsApp).
• Browsing data: the server automatically logs IP address, date and time and page requested, for security and aggregate statistics. They are kept for the technically necessary time.

Retention

Contact form data is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, if an engagement follows, for the duration of the relationship and statutory terms. If no engagement follows, it is deleted within 24 months.

Data sharing

Data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties. It may be processed by the website hosting provider and the email service, acting as data processors.

Cookies

Questo sito does not use profiling cookies or third-party analytics. Only technical cookies strictly necessary for operation may be used, for which no consent is required. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log the visitor's IP address under its own policy. Links to Google Maps, WhatsApp and external sites open third-party services with their own rules.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, or object to processing, by writing to lamole.archproject@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
